Wilderness First Aid

I am wilderness first aid trained. What is so special for this $150 - $350 certification? Your answer is "wilderness" and nothing else. This is no different than standard first aid training. If you have a brain you will utilize whatever you have around you. It does not take wasting money to be able to think. It's the new thing for the outdoor experts that somehow live everywhere but outdoors.
